Strand welcomed the team from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenville Airport to the family on May 9. This well appointed and beautiful property will be Strand's third hotel in the Greenville, SC market along with the Home2 Suites Greenville Airport and the Hampton Inn Travelers Rest. Strand has a long-standing relationship with IHG, our roots starting with full-service Holiday Inn hotels back in 1969. In recent years we have put more focus on continuing this relationship, now with six IHG hotels in our portfolio. The location of this property is also aligned with Strand's continued efforts to grow our presence in the Carolinas, Georgia and Florida. Jessica Kenny, General Manager, and her team are excited to be a part of the Strand family and grow her hotel's share in the Greenville market.
