Recruiting Focus Expands

In today's competitive job market, focus on recruitment is imperative. Finding the right candidates to fill open positions is critical to our continued success. To ensure connection with the right people, Strand has increased its focus on recruiting by hiring Rick Negri as Corporate Recruiter. Having an employee solely dedicated to the recruiting function will allow time for developing relationships with additional recruiting sources and provide additional support to hiring managers across the portfolio. A dedicated representative who leads the hiring process from start to finish provides an improved experience for the candidate.

Rick has over 10 years of exempt level HR experience to include recruiting for various industries, including hospitality. Due to his experience, he understands his customer from a broad perspective that enables him to address candidate's questions or concerns. Rick has already shown that he is proactive and cares that he is providing a high level of service to hiring management and candidates.
